BENTONVILLE, Ark. -- Police said an undercover operation led to the recovery of 165 candies laced with LSD.Investigators said SweeTarts were removed from their packaging and re-wrapped in tin foil.
Police said they arrested John Howerton, 18, Donavon Harrison, 19, and a juvenile. They said they're also looking for Martin Holmes, 19, in order to question him about the case.
