MULBERRY, Ark. -- State police said that Monday night's heavy rain may have lead to a deadly crash in Franklin County.Amy Garret, 47, of Barling, Ark., was killed when she lost control of her car and hit a semi on Interstate 40 near Mulberry.Investigators said the truck driver swerved to miss Garret, but couldn't avoid the crash.
She died at the scene but the trucker was not injured.
