2 Sentenced For Hindsville Bank Robbery

HINDSVILLE Ark. -- Two people are headed to prison after robbing a Hindsville bank earlier this year.In September, Donny Lee Stevens, a former Springdale police officer, and Natalie Abbott, both of Jacksonville, Ark., were convicted of robbing the bank at gunpoint on March 10.They took more than $53,000, but were arrested shortly thereafter after employees at a nearby businesses called police.
Monday, Stevens and Abbott were each sentenced to ten years in federal prison.
