ROGERS, Ark. -- Evangelist and convicted tax evader Tony Alamo has left Arizona for Arkansas under the watch of federal marshals, as he prepares to answer to charges that he took children across state lines for criminal purposes.

State and federal agents raided Alamo's Fouke, Ark., compound Sept. 20, searching for evidence that children there had been molested or filmed having sex.

Alamo was arrested five days later, though he has not been indicted by a federal grand jury.

Alamo said he's not guilty.
