Arkansas Gov. To Wait On Budget Restoration

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe said Monday he's holding off on deciding whether the state can restore any of the $107 million cut from the state budget.Beebe said he's waiting because of uncertainty over the national economy. He said he will decide later this week.Arkansas's revenues have continued to come in above last year's figures and above forecast, despite the struggling national economy.
The $107 million was cut from the budget in April.
