Gas Prices Drop Below $3 Mark

HEAVENER, Okla. -- Gas prices in the River Valley have fallen below $3 per gallon at some stations.

Cars were lined up outside Ron's Discount Lumber in Leflore County in order to take advantage of the lower prices.

A representative from the American Petroleum Institute said prices will probably continue to come down now that fuel is again flowing at the refineries shut down by Hurricane Ike.
