Charges Filed In Humane Society Break-Ins

Police Say Man Confessed To Burglaries

Poteau police have arrested a man they said broke into the Poteau Valley Humane Society.

Officers said Sean Michael Hollan admitted burglarizing the building twice in July and August, stealing several items.

Hollan is charged with two counts of second-degree burglary.

If convicted, Hollan could get between two and seven years in prison.
