POTEAU, Okla. -- The city of Poteau will soon have a new facility to host city events.Currently, the city uses the high school gym as a community center.The Donald W. Reynolds Foundation has awarded the city a $7.8 million grant to build a 37,000-square-foot civic center.
Construction on the center should begin next spring.
